Abstract: Gegenüber einer Ende 1988 durchgeführten Erhebung hat sich die Einschätzung 1991 generell verschlechtert; auffallend sind insbesondere die weniger positiven Meldungen zum Standortfaktor "Qualität des Arbeitskräfteangebots".
