Abstract: Das wirtschaftspolitische Reformprogramm der russischen Föderation für den Zeitraum vom 1. April bis zum 31. Dezember 1992 beinhaltet radikale Systemeingriffe mit schon kurzfristig absehbaren schwerwiegenden Auswirkungen auf Beschäftigung und Realeinkommen. Es ist daher fraglich, ob der Reformprozeß, so wie er in dem Dokument konzipiert ist, innenpolitisch durchgesetzt werden kann.
