Absorptionskapazität und Nutzung externen technologischen Wissens in Unternehmen

Abstract: Eine wesentliche Voraussetzung für die Nutzung externen technologischen Wissens in Unternehmen ist deren Absorptionskapazität. Die Analyse zeigt, dass diese Kapazität entscheidend von der Innovationskompetenz des Unternehmens und seiner Mitarbeiter abhängt. Dabei spielt neben der technologischen Fachkompetenz auch die methodische Prozesskompetenz sowie die Innovationskultur des Unternehmens eine bedeutende Rolle.
