INTRODUCTION TO INTERCULTURAL COMMUNICATION IN BUSINESS

Abstract: The proposed article presents introductive aspects regarding intercultural communication in business. The main milestones that define the field are identified (culture, communication, intercultural situation) and examples of economic rationality and organizational models are presented with influence on intercultural communication in business, in order to understand the importance of knowing the cultural contexts that require different approaches in business relationships.
