This article explores the importance of physiotherapy and physical activity for the elderly in nursing home. They play crucial roles in enhancing the well-being and quality of life for residents in nursing homes. Physiotherapy, a specialized form of therapy focused on improving movement and function, has been proven to be highly beneficial for elderly individuals. And the physical activity has been widely recognized as an effective means of promoting overall health and well-being in the elderly population.
