Revista Clio América, 2008, vol. Vol 2 No 3, 60-88

Dichas estrategias estarían más en función del mercado global.******This article argues that the influences that supranational organizations are having on trading decisions made by national governments is not being coherent with those countries’ needs, and thus, are not meant to favor the regional economic development that is expected to be generated by the strengthening of the export sector. These strategies are thought in function of the global market. Competitividad.
