Abstract: Es imperioso que los colombianos nos preocupemos por contar con territorios más seguros y sociedades menos vulnerables tendiente a estabilizar el proceso del desarrollo sostenible en el tiempo que nos garantice mejores condiciones sociales, económicas y políticas en los distintos asentamientos humanos presentes en el contexto territorial y para estos efectos tres aspectos centrales se consideran que contribuyen de manera decidida con estos propósitos.******It is imperative that the Colombians concern us for having territories safer and societies less vulnerable tendency to stabilise the process of the sustainable development in the time that guarantee us better social conditions, economic and political in the distinct human settlements presents in the territorial context and for these effects three central appearances consider that they contribute of way decided with these purposes.
