Abstract:
. The development of non-public higher education created a various characteristics specific to Poland and even a series of peculiarities. This paper presents an analysis of this process from the point of view of both neoclassical and institutional economics. The main goal of this paper is to present an initial assessment of the features of Polish higher education services throughout the transition.
