Scientific advice seen from the perspective of a minister of science*

Heinz Riesenhuber

European Review, 1993, vol. 1, issue 1, 3-9

This needs the input of a wide range of scientific advice in response to well defined questions. There must be a serious intention to listen and if possible act on such advice.
