Carl Marcy and Morella Hansen

International Organization, 1959, vol. 13, issue 3, 431-438

Abstract: In the calendar year 1957, members of the United States Congress participated in three major interparliamentary meetings. No less than 41 members journeyed abroad to consort with fellow members of legislative bodies, to make speeches to each other for the benefit of an attentive press, and to adopt resolutions ranging widely over the field of foreign policy.
