Abstract: The sixth session of the Intergovernmental Maritime Consultative Organization (IMCO) Council—the sixteen-member governing body of the Organization—met on February 20–22, 1962, in London and considered various matters relating to the work program of the Organization, including arrangements for the forthcoming Oil Pollution Conference.
