Abstract: The Council of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) held its 27th meeting at the ministerial level in Oslo on October 22, 1962. According to the communiqué released at the end of the meeting, the Ministers reviewed the developments within the Association and noted that the principles of a free trade area were working well in practice and giving satisfaction to both governments and traders in all their countries.
