Abstract: The 21st session of the Contracting Parties to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) was held in Geneva from February 24 to March 20, 1964, under the chairmanship of Mr. J. H. Warren, Assistant Deputy Minister, Department of Trade and Commerce, Canada. Much of the work of the session was concentrated upon the trade problems of the less developed countries.
