Abstract:
At the beginning of 1948, the Inter-Allied Reparation Agency hoped that substantial numbers of the 858 plants listed by the western zone commanders of Germany in October, 1947, would quickly be made available for distribution under a new procedure adopted by the Assembly of the Agency.
