Abstract: Released on April 30, 1951 the financial statements of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development showed the net income for the nine months ending March 31, 1951 to be $11,483,230. This amount was placed in the General Reserve against losses on loans and guarantees, thus increasing this reserve to $38,481,500. Gross income for the period amounted to $20,567,359 after deducting loan commissions of $4,723,859 which were allocated to the special reserve.
