Abstract:
By March 1952, the total membership of the World Meteorological Organization had been increased to seventy-five–fifty-two states and twenty-three territories – by the following ratifications of the World Meteorological Convention: Ceylon, Ecuador, Denmark, Haiti, Netherlands (on behalf of Surinam, Curaçao and New Guinea) and Cuba
