Abstract: Ninth Annual MeetingThe ninth annual meeting of the Board of Governors of the International Monetary Fund was held in Washington from September 24 through 29, 1954, under the chairmanship of Dr. M. W. Holtrop, Governor for the Netherlands. Two of the seven plenary sessions were held jointly with the Board of Governors of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
