Abstract:
This dispute concerned India's import prohibition affecting certain agricultural products from countries reporting Notifiable Avian Influenza to the World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE). India maintains this import prohibition through certain legal instruments concerning Avian Influenza (AI) – the AI Measures.
