Abstract: In İçkale İnşaat Limited Şirketi v. Turkmenistan, the investment arbitral tribunal's majority issued an award in March 2016, under the Turkmenistan–Turkey Bilateral Investment Treaty (the BIT), dismissing all of the claimant's claims in their entirety.
