Pedagogical Constellations, 2026, vol. 5, issue 1, 144-156

Abstract: This academic production, based on a reflective documentary review, grounded in the consultation of researchers and literature related to the topic addressed, at an exploratory level, seeks to provide useful and significant information linked to the humanistic and virtuous spirit that must cover and permeate teachers in the university context in their role as mediators of the teaching and learning processes under the ideal and judicious use of the diversity of technological and multimedia resources offered by the avant-garde sphere, as well as the challenges and challenges that the University Education professional must face, in order to consolidate their permanence in the digital age, where universities are called to rethink their educational work from the technological progress and virtual environments that provide dynamism, flexibility, adaptability and continuity to educational action, uniting the virtuous with digitalization. Where the leading role that humanism must be awarded to teaching figures in all their actions from virtual classrooms was pointed out; This warrants a healthy concern for student participation, engagement, and feedback via virtual means, ensuring that, despite physical distance and asynchronous interaction, genuine interest is maintained and a strong desire to exchange knowledge and contribute to the intellectual, attitudinal, personal, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of participants is consolidated
