Abstract: This paper explores the perspectives of King, Fuller, and Dworkin on natural law and its application to hard cases. It analyzes how each thinker approaches the relationship between law and morality, and how their theories address complex legal dilemmas. The study highlights the relevance of natural law in contemporary jurisprudence.
