Abstract: Материалът разглежда проявата на алтруизъм и егоизъм в поведението на човешкия фактор в управлението. Изяснена е противоположната същност на двете понятия и факторите, които до известна степен обясняват проявите им. Посочени са някои практически съвети за тяхното разпознаване на основата на експресната диагностика. The article considered the event of altruism and selfishness in the behavior of the human factor in the management. Clarified is opposite nature of the two concepts and the factors, which to some extent explain manifestations. Referred are some practical advices for their identification because of high-speed diagnosis.
