Abstract: Information Technology has responded to the crisis by change and innovation. The phenomenon of cloud computing represents a huge chance for a country like Romania, as a technologically low economy has, from the start, a handicap. Cloud technologies redefine concepts such as saving time and money, flexibility, scalability and global access, transforming them into business advantages. This case study wishes to argument the software provider’s decision to change his strategy, choosing an “all inclusive” solution.
