Abstract:
Forensic medicine holds a special place between medical specialties, by the nature of its activity on one hand and by the large connections with other fields of activity on the other hand (ex. law system). It`s a medical field in which performance and the desire of performance take a special place of interest, the day to day activity of this system having an important impact on the quality of life. This paper aims to analyze some specific aspects which this medical system holds, and tries to identify some key-points of the medical activity and propose some solutions by whom tries to realize a better and efficient quality management.
