Abstract:
Organizational communication is a process usually intended for exchanging messages between individuals, groups and organizational levels within the organization, in order to achieve both individual and collective targets. For any organization, communication is an essential requirement in achieving the targets, a sine qua non condition for its efficient functioning, establishing the most basic human relationships. Solely an effective communication can enable the planning and scheduling, coordination and control, motivation, consultation and active participation of an organization’s members in order to achieve the proposed goals. Therefore, there is a closely connection between the ability to communicate of each employee and the ability to lead of each manager. Based on various communication networks and various management styles, an organization shall function at the highest standards solving any problems and fulfilling any targets.
