Abstract: Market globalization, namely the increasing integration of the countries in the world economic and financial flows has become the feature of the contemporary epoch. In this context of business mondialization, company survival and prosperity is conditioned by the requirements of the environment where the firms carry out their activity. Thus, in an environment where frequent and important changes have become a general rule, companies need to foresee and face the challenges that will affect the markets and their own position on these markets.
