Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to track the perceptions and expectations of the members in the executive board of corporations regarding: the relevance of public opinion and contribution of the communication performance to organizational success, communicative role of top managers and their interaction with professionals in communication, objectives and values of corporate communication and the importance of various subjects and tools. Because corporate communication performance and the contribution of this area to the objectives of organizations heavily depend on perceptions, beliefs and expectations of top directors, most studies are based on small-scale qualitative interviews.
