Abstract:
The voyage charter contract is the contract under which the ship owner undertakes, in exchange for a sum of money called freight, to make available to the charterer in a particular place of loading, a good ship, able to load certain goods (made available by the charterer of the vessel) and transport it to the place of unloading cargo.
