Abstract: When it comes to explaining the behavior of a certain person within an organizational group, we often fail to figure out the intimate lifestyles that animate him, the hidden part of his personality that forces him to do so and not otherwise. We are too preoccupied with measuring I.Q., define it in character, neglecting that inner force that guides and keeps his energetically action. This is the motivation, essential for human activity, for understanding and explaining behavior.
