Abstract: To better understand how we can analyze the cost-benefit ratio in public social assistance services, we will first try a comprehensive conceptual approach to other analysis tools that provide us with the proper framework for assuming possible models to apply. In this study, I propose to analyze two components, one quantitative and the other qualitative. The analysis of the dimension of social services will perform a comparative analysis of the economic and social impact of different social services depending on how they are provided. The analysis of the individual dimension will identify how people can use social services support depending on how it is provided and how this support provided produces different changes in people's quality of life.
