Abstract: Human resources management is a key determinant of economic growth and performance. The human resources create and controls over the life cycle of all products and is also important for various determinants of individual well-being, ranging from life satisfaction to health. The human resources are a multidimensional notion, with different domains, playing important roles in entrepreneurship and the process of human development. Early and persistent exposure to socioeconomic disadvantage impairs human’s health and wellbeing. More recently forms of relationships at work which violate the principles of equal opportunities, belong to mobbing and bullying, which are special forms of discrimination.
