Abstract:
In the context of improving performance and communication in public administration, technology is a powerful tool. This article highlights examples of software solutions and digital platforms used to increase the efficiency of public administration and to improve collaboration and communication between public officials. These digital tools enable quick and easy exchange of information, improve decision-making and help remove the geographical barrier to communication and collaboration. In addition, they can increase transparency and accountability in public administration, which contributes to increasing citizens' trust in public institutions.
