Abstract:
Due to the fierce evolution of society, successful leadership makes school organizations where principals prioritize collaboration in their actions, especially in rural areas, will have an impact on the success of the school organization through the prism of the results achieved by students. We aim to present the importance of collaboration, which leads to preparing young people for the 21st century by promoting equal opportunities and including different types of knowledge. In addition, the school will have to combat social exclusion and students will be encouraged to develop the qualities of responsible citizens. Through collaboration, we want to promote the success of all students, regardless of their educational background, taking into account their characteristics and needs. It is the responsibility of each school organization to specify its own guidelines and the measures it intends to take for the implementation and development of collaboration, so as to take into account the specific characteristics of students and the principle of equal opportunities for all. This article aims to provide a synthesis of the means, actions and associated strategies, categorized by dimensions, for promoting collaboration.
