Abstract: Healthcare professionals often face communication challenges due to the complex nature of medical care. We will show how communication management can help prevent and reduce burnout among professionals, providing the tools and strategies necessary to navigate the complexity of healthcare, promote teamwork, and ensure the well-being of healthcare professionals.
