Abstract: Education is one of the most important components of society, and human resources are fundamental to ensuring quality education. An effective teacher motivation system can have a significant impact on student performance and on the overall educational success. In this context, it is necessary to evaluate the quality of the motivation system of human resources in education, by means of appropriate research tools. The SPSS program can be used to perform complex statistical analyzes to help evaluate the quality of the educational human resource motivation system.
