Abstract: The global feature of approaching poverty has also actioned within the European Union, which is featured by an extending organism through the assimilation of various development levels, organism which also goes through a complex process of evolving towards the architecture of a future society.For the Romanian society, poverty represents a national concern originating in a long period of poor living standards, materialized in a low quality of life, and also in the global concern, at international level, of monitoring and controlling of the complex dimensions of the deprivation process.
