Abstract:
This article investigates in detail the impact of digital transformation on the sustainable development of higher education institutions, focusing on digital marketing and social media mechanisms and strategies. The article reveals the fundamental role that these digital tools play in communicating with the target audience, hiring and recruiting students, and assesses their impact on the long-term sustainability of educational institutions. The results of the article highlight a positive correlation between the implementation of digital marketing techniques and the operational effectiveness of educational institutions. Impact factors include increasing student retention, optimizing resources, and strengthening relationships with various stakeholders. These favorable trends stem from the prudent application of digital technologies and emphasize their role in fostering the sustainable advancement of higher education establishments. In conclusion, the manuscript presents strategic proposals aimed at reinforcing the standing of institutions within an unpredictable digital landscape. These involve targeted investments in the modernization of technological infrastructure, strategic collaborations with social media platforms and the development of innovative digital marketing strategies adapted to a changing technological context.
