Abstract: Organizacije se danes srečujejo z vedno novimi izzivi, ki so posledica različnih dejavnikov kot so globalizacija, internacionalizacija, gospodarska kriza, prestrukturiranje proizvodnih in organizacijskih procesov, IT tehnologija itd. Vsi ti izzivi »prisilijo« organizacije, da ponovno ovrednotijo svoje zastavljene cilje in namenijo več pozornosti postavljanju prave strategije za doseganje teh ciljev (Ahmadi & Emamipour 2013).
