Abstract: Dejstvo je, da je uspeh posamezne organizacije danes izjemno povezan z inovativnostjo in na lestvicah najbolj inovativnih podjetij najdemo podjetja, ki krojijo vrh tudi najuspešnejših podjetij. Ljudem se porodi veliko idej, so inovativni in nekatere ideje postanejo inovacije ter se širijo, spet druge ostanejo samo ideja. Ideje posameznika, inovacije, inovacije podjetij, v katerem delujejo posamezniki ali timi so lastnina in prav je, da jih zaščitimo
