Abstract:
Dandanes smo priča pogostim razpravam o znanju in managementu znanja, kar pa ne izhaja le iz akademskih krogov, temveč tudi s strani podjetij, ki se vse bolj zavedajo pomena znanja za poslovno uspešnost. Zavedanje o pomenu managementa znanja zagotovo narašča, kajti postal je zelo pogosta tema pogovora znotraj organizacij.
