Abstract:
Varčevalni ukrepi so se dotaknili tudi zaposlenih v javni upravi. Poleg zmanjšanja števila zaposlenih so posegli v večino motivacijskih dejavnikov, kot so plačila za delo, možnost izobraževanja, stalnost zaposlitve, usklajevanje delovnih nesorazmerij, možnost napredovanja, povračila stroškov, itd.
