The Happiness Model

Abstract: This article presents the Happiness Model which has been developed through the master dissertation research (Leme, 2015) and can be classified as a model of personal and career transformation. The Happiness Model can effectively be applied in coaching and other professions which are meant for improving people’s life quality.
