Abstract:
Pravilno izobraževanje in usposabljanje delavcev ob pravem času pomeni zagotavljanje prednosti podjetja na trgu iz vidika dobičkov, povečane produktivnosti, znanja, zvestobe in prispevka k delu v podjetju (Heathfield, 2015). Pomembno vlogo pri vzpodbujanju in izvajanju izobraževanja ima država, na širši ravni Evropska Unija.
