Abstract: The paper finds an evidence for a beta-convergence in TFP of Vietnamese manufacturing firms during the period 2000-2012. It appears that an unconditional convergence shows a lower speed than conditional one. In addition, the firms' TFP convergence is rather related to their characteristics than their geographic location and/or industrial characteristics.
