Abstract: We examine what is more important for the professional boxers tending to fight on the ring. We employ a famous Nash bargaining (1950) tool and show that both a champion and a contender are concerned about championship title and monetary prize generated from the fans for watching the fight. However, both players value money revenue more than a championship title.
