Braess paradox with mixed strategies

Abstract: The Braess paradox persists if drivers play mixed strategies. In equilibria in mixed strategies, traffic flows are almost the same as in equilibria in pure strategies. traffic flows are almost the same as in equilibria in pure strategies.
