Abstract:
The concept which is called mobbing in work place means that a person is the subject of consistent negative behaviors of one or numerous individuals in a certain period of time. When the related literature is analyzed, it is observed that there is a limited number of studies focusing on the mobbing and organizational commitment. In these regards, the primary aim of this study is to test if there is a relation between mobbing in working place and organizational commitment of employees.
