Abstract: Based on previous research, in this study we try to re-analyze the morphological-structural dynamics of dynamic heuristics in learning and cognitive development, the characteristics of the mental idea of people who oppose any type of learning, the role of interrogation psychology and "perspective" in the cognitive process, how information and communication technology is perceived as learning technology and what is its value in the educational process, but also the social aspects of learning situations improved by technology.
