Extinction phenomenon for Spinor Ginzburg–Landau equations in three dimensions

Applied Mathematics and Computation, 2015, vol. 256, issue C, 786-807

Abstract: Recent papers in physics literature have introduced coupled Ginzburg–Landau models for complex vector-valued order parameters in order to account for ferromagnetic or antiferromagnetic effects in high-temperature superconductors. In this paper, we study the spatial behavior of interacting components of coupled Ginzburg–Landau equations. We prove that the interspecies interaction leads to extinction in three dimensions.
