Abstract: In this paper, stagnation point flow over a permeable shrinking sheet under the influence of Magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) is analyzed using Successive linearization method. The governing equations are simplified with the help of similarity variables. The resulting nonlinear coupled differential equations have been solved with a combination of Successive linearization method and Chebyshev spectral collocation method. The impact of various pertinent parameters are demonstrated numerically and graphically. Comparison has also been made with the existing literature and found that the present results are in good agreement. It is also found that the present methodology converges more rapidly.
